The successful bidder will deposit $2,000.00 with House Auction Company, Inc. in the form of cashier’s check, wire transfer, or guaranteed personal funds within 48 hours of the close of the auction. <br>

The entirety of the remaining balance is due at closing. Instructions for wire transfer and /or cashier’s check transmittal will be sent by e-mail to the successful bidder. Purchaser shall be responsible for all wire transfer fees. <br>
