This is an ONLINE AUCTION Only. All terms & conditions will be posted online. All firearms will be stored, shipped & transferred from Jerry T. Hardesty Guns in Morehead City, NC. ALL sales & transfers will be according to Federal & State firearms laws.

All items sell “As Is, Where Is” with no guarantees or warranties express or implied. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. The purchaser will rely solely on his/her own judgment in any purchase. A credit card, Visa or MasterCard, is required to register & bid.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. All information contained herein is deemed to be from reliable sources. However, neither the Auctioneer nor the Seller guarantees this information to be correct. We reserve the right to add or delete. Please inspect the property and bid accordingly. The Auctioneer represents the Seller in this transaction.
A 10% Buyer’s Premium applies to all items.
All firearms sales are subject to Federal and State Firearms Regulations. Purchasers will be required to complete all necessary forms in order to facilitate firearm transfers.
Firearms will be transferred by Jerry T. Hardesty Guns, 3200 Arendell Street, Morehead City, North Carolina 28557 (a licensed FFL dealer) for a fee of $25.00 per firearm. No Transfer Fee for barrels (Items # 9 thru 14).
House Auction Company, Inc. is an agent for the Seller in this transaction.
Payment is expected within 24 hours of the auctions end.

ALL OUT OF STATE PURCHASES OF HANDGUNS MUST TRANSFER TO A LICENSED FFL DEALER IN THEIR RESPECTIVE STATE. SHIPPING, HANDLING & INSURANCE WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER.
NO FIREARMS WILL BE SOLD TO BIDDERS NOT COMPLYING WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS.
NO FIREARMS SALES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

PICKUP OR SHIPPING OF FIREARMS:
All FIREARMS must be shipped to FFL dealer OR may be picked up at Hardesty’s Gun Shop, 3200 Arendell Street, Morehead City, North Carolina 28557, (252-240-0766) on the following dates:
FIREARMS Pick-Up Dates:
Thursday, September 9th – From 12 Noon to 5:00 PM
Friday, September 10th – From 12 Noon to 5:00 PM
Saturday, September 11th from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM
Between September 13, 2010 and September 17, 2010 from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
DECOYS & MEMORABILIA PICK-UP:
Decoys & memorabilia items can be picked up in person at the Core Sound Waterfowl Museum located at 1785 Island Road, Harkers Island, NC 28531 on the following dates:
Thursday, September 9th – From 12 Noon to 5:00 PM
Friday, September 10th – From 12 Noon to 5:00 PM
All decoys & memorabilia items NOT picked up on the above dates will be shipped UNLESS SPECIFIC ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE WITH House Auction Company within 24 hours of close of auction.

ALL SHIPMENT COSTS WILL BE PAID BY PURCHASER PRIOR TO SHIPMENT.
All firearms not picked up in person will be shipped Priority Insured by Jerry T. Hardesty Guns to FFL dealer via US Postal Service. Charges for shipping, handling and insurance are $45 per long gun, $25 per handgun, and $15 per barrel ONLY (Items # 9 thru #14) payable to Jerry T. Hardesty Guns. Firearms not picked up or shipped by September 18, 2010 are subject to a $10.00 per day storage fee.
All purchasers must provide a paid invoice for their purchases before shipping or at time of pick up.
North Carolina residents who pick up handgun purchases at Hardesty’s Gun Shop must provide a current Pistol Permit for each handgun or provide a copy of their current Concealed Carry Permit, or current FFL.
Any Bidder desiring to have their firearm(s) shipped and transferred to a licensed FFL Dealer must provide Jerry T. Hardesty Guns with written authorization (faxed or mailed) from their designated FFL Dealer which request the transfer and shipment of the specific firearm(s) to the designated FFL Dealer for transfer to the Bidder, along with a current copy of the designated FFL Dealer’s Federal Firearms License. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES: Firearms will be shipped by Jerry T. Hardesty Guns to FFL dealer via US Postal Service. Shipping and handling fees are payable to Jerry T. Hardesty Guns in advance. Shipping, handling and insurance charges for long guns are $45.00 per long gun and for handguns is $25.00 per handgun, $15,00 per barrel ONLY (Items #9 thru #14).
Any items remaining at Hardesty’s Gun Shop after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and become property of House Auction Company, Inc. No refunds will be given.
